Home

We are an ensemble of committed and experienced amateur, student and professional musicians, playing under the expert guidance of conductor David Curtis. We play a huge variety of classical pieces throughout the year in various venues in and around Gloucestershire.

Russia – Revolution and Romance

In our third and final concert in this series on 30 April we’ll present three favourites: Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet and Swan Lake, and Rachmaninov’s second piano concerto, with Anna Shelest.

If you’ve been to the first two concert in this series, remember that, by coming to the third as well, you can qualify for our 2-for-1 scheme: 2 tickets for the price of one to hear our CSO Family Classics on the afternoon of 3 July with Miranda Krestovnikoff.

Preview: 9 July

We’re delighted to welcome the young US pianist Thomas Nickell as our soloist, playing Bach and Liszt in a newly announced concert in the Pump Room on 9 July.
